MFI - Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer open to UK persons aged 18 and over and with a valid UK driving licence registering to take a test drive of a Chrysler Voyager or Sebring at an authorised Chrysler dealership before 30th April 2008.
  2. Offer excludes employees of Chrysler UK Ltd, their families, agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.
  3. Offer closes 30th April 2008.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. Entries made by agents or third parties or on behalf of an entrant will be deemed invalid.
  6. There is 1 x top prize of £15,000 to spend at mfi (excluding installation, warranties and delivery), 10 x runner up prizes of £500 to spend at mfi (excluding installation, warranties and delivery). The 1st 4000 customers to test drive will receive an mfi voucher which offers £50 off when you spend £500 (excluding installation, warranties and delivery).
  7. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value should the prize granted become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
  8. Winner’s prize will be notified by email and writing. Please ensure the postal and email address provided is correct.
  9. Winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw being made. The draw will take place on 8th May 2008.
  10. Entrants may be asked to participate in publicity.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  12. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
